How your order travels
You order
Pick your treats and check out. The total shows your delivery charge — £4.95, or zero if your order reaches £50.
We pack
Treats are weighed and boxed by hand, sealed to lock in flavour and keep the pack dry in transit.
It arrives
Two to four working days later the box lands on your step. Store unopened treats in a cool, dry place.
Good to know
- We ship to UK addresses only — unfortunately we can't send outside the United Kingdom yet.
- Free delivery applies to the order subtotal once it reaches £50, before delivery is added.
- Delivery times count working days, Monday to Friday, and exclude public holidays.
- Collection is free — just let us know you're coming so your order is ready.
