A plain-English summary of what we do with your details and the small print worth knowing. It's short, because there isn't much to say.
What you tell us
When you use the enquiry form, you send us your name, your email address and your message. That's all we ask for.
We use it for one thing: to reply to you, and to keep a record of the conversation so you don't have to explain yourself twice.
What we don't do
We don't sell your details. We don't pass them to advertisers, and we don't add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.
Orders are placed through Shopify's secure checkout. Your card details go straight to Shopify — we never see or store them.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept until you ask us to remove them. Email feastandfang@gmail.com and we'll delete your message and take you off our list.
You can also ask to see what we hold on you at any time, at the same address.
The small print
All prices are in pounds sterling and can change.
Because the treats are natural, size, colour and shape vary from batch to batch — that's the point, not a fault.
Treats are a treat, not a substitute for a balanced diet, so please adjust how much food you give around them.
Supervise your dog while they're chewing, especially with a new treat, and make sure fresh water is always on hand.
Keep packs closed in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. They have a very long shelf life, so there's no need to rush through one.
Delivery and collection
We deliver to the UK only, in 2-4 working days, with free delivery on orders of £50 and over. Orders under £50 carry a flat £4.95 delivery charge.
You can also collect free from CO11 by arrangement, or find us at Walton on the Naze Market, Millennium Square, on Thursdays from 8am to 2pm.
